Fast, Safe, Inexpensive Way to Clean Wood Stove/Insert Glass Windows - Newspaper and Ashes

If you have windows on your wood stove or insert that need cleaning, don't buy expensive cleaners or use razors which may damage the glass. Just wet a crumpled up piece of newspaper and dip it into some ashes and rub in a circular motion on the glass.
Keep using another piece of newspaper when it gets dirty. Rinse with a wet soft cloth. This method cleans quickly, safely, and efficiently. The soft ashes are mildly abrasive and ink in the newspaper shines the glass. This method actually works better than store bought cleaners!
